An additional "Special Bingo" card will be available for purchase at the door $5. This additional game will be played to win a Christmas Tree fresh from the Andy T's Market.

What to expect? --- 50/50 Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase during this event. Drinks will be available for purchase before and during the event. CASH ONLY please.

Each game will have one 1st place PURSE winner

Join Keith Lambert, Chief Operating Officer of LEAP (Lansing Economic Area Partnership), for an in-depth look at population trends shaping Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham counties. This session will cover key demographic shifts, workforce implications, and what the data means for the future of business, housing, and economic growth across the region. Whether you're a business leader, municipal official, or community partner, this presentation will offer valuable insight into where our region is headed and how we can plan for it together.

Bio: Keith Lambert

Keith Lambert serves as Chief Operating Officer of LEAP, bringing over a decade of economic development experience to the organization. He has led business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts across the region, managing dozens of projects totaling more than $3.6 billion in committed private investment and over 3,500 new jobs. Keith holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Michigan State University and is passionate about helping the Lansing region grow.
